  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as personal care items, opened beauty products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
